  Deletes the patients important medical facts. Either one or all can be deleted.
• GetIMF
  Get one important medical fact like cave and infections for the patient.
• ListIMFToSign
  List important medical facts to be signed by the the calling user.
• ListIMFVersions
  List all versions of an important medical fact.
• ListPatientsWithIMFToSign
  List patients with important medical facts to be signed by the calling user.
• SaveIMF
  Saves the patients important medical facts. Either one or all can be saved.
